What’s in season this month?

April’s Cocktail of the Month is the Rhubarb Mojito!

Tis’ the season for fresh Michigan ingredients in your cocktail, the first two we will celebrate for Bottle Club this Spring are rhubarb and mint!

Although the Rhubarb Mojito is one of Lark’s most popular cocktails, I haven’t offered it in Bottle Club — but that changes now. Fresh Michigan Rhubarb is just peeking out of the ground and I’ll simmer that into a lovely pink syrup, muddled with chartreuse-green mint and lime.

Combined with tropical rum this sipper is the Spring Break you have been waiting for. Order some today! This is available as a mocktail or cocktail, and is lovely in both forms.
